We read every enquiry ourselves. If it concerns a specific case, include the site address. It saves a round trip.
What you can write about
There is no wrong enquiry. These are simply the topics we hear about most:

How the scan works, what a finding means, or whether Privaci fits your setup.

Installing the snippet, confirming ownership, or something that does not behave as expected. Include the page address if you can.

Bands, invoices, yearly payment or a quote for several sites.

The data processing agreement, personal data, or questions about our own policies.

If you are unsure where your enquiry belongs, send it anyway. We will work it out.
Response time
We answer enquiries within five working days. If it is urgent (a suspected security breach, for example), say so in the subject line and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
